Pet rent: $35 per month per cat. $50 per month per dog
Pet Deposit: Half Month’s Rent
Pet Fee: One Time, non-refundable fee of $300 per apartment unit
Breeds not permitted: Pitbull, Dalmatian, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, and Doberman

Reserved Commodore Parking Location 1: 103 Spring Garden Street (32 spaces total available)
Reserved Commodore Parking Location 2: 212-220 Northampton Street (11 spaces total available)
Restrictions (Max Number of Cars): 2 cars per apartment unit. Otherwise first come, first serve basis
Parking Rent: $70 per space
Parking Deposit: $140, (2 months parking rent)
Lease Term: 1 year, in accordance with your apartment lease
Other Parking Options: Street Parking is available on Northampton Street and Larry Holmes Drive. Additionally, the following public parking garages are available in downtown Easton: Pine Street Parking Garage, City Hall Parking Garage, and the public garage behind the Easton Public Market (under construction).
Private Showings and Leasing The Commodore
Due to the tremendous demand for The Commodore Residences, indicated by notable outreach and receipt of more “waiting list commitments” than there are (32) residences available, we will look to offer priority showings to prospective tenants with whom we sign leases and secure residences with security deposits. Priority showings will be offered to prospective tenants once leases have been fully executed and committed.
Those that have taken the time to properly complete a waiting list form will receive direct advanced notice that the residence leases are nearly available, in anticipation of the website going “fully live.” This group will have priority over others that have not completed the form, for 2 business days. After this period, the opportunity to secure leases will be offered on a “first come, first serve” basis. Prospective applications will be reviewed and decisions will be rendered on a rolling, “first-in, first-out” basis. If a prospective tenant is approved, an electronic lease will be offered and a security deposit commitment will be required to secure the residence.
